Our excursion to Chichen Itza Express is the perfect option for people who DO NOT want to spend a whole day of their vacations visiting Chichen Itza.

Because the tours are for smaller groups the price is slightly higher than traditional bus excursions. The expenses have to be divided among fewer people and that makes it an option for very specific people.

We will pick you up in the comfort of your hotel. Remember pick up times are very early in the morning, you have to take into account that we are trying to get to the archaeological zone as early as possible and skip the crowds that arrive later in the morning.

We always want to be upfront with you to avoid any misunderstandings and make sure this is the excursion you had in mind.

Due to the fact that this is a quick excursion, there are some things that are not included that might normally be included in a bus excursion. One example is food, we also well do not visits the cenotes during this excursion

The heat in the Yucatan peninsula is very intense, it is important to bring as much sun protection as possible such as sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen. You might also want to bring a small blanket in case the van is too cold.

Important: Anything necessary for the guests such as medicines, specific food, is the responsibility of the guest. It's important not to take anything for granted and ask as many questions as necessary, we are here to help you, that is our job

We have all forms of payment that currently exist, in fact, we have the option of paying the total of the excursion in cash at the moment you are picked up.

However, keep in mind that if you want to pay through PayPal it takes at least two days to verify your payment with the accounting department.

Also if you are going to pay by credit card we only have terminals for VISA and MasterCard, we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

This itinerary is only informative, and we reserve the right to modify the order of the places we visit or stop at any point due to an emergency.

For example, on the way to Chichen Itza there may be the possibility that some of our guests need to use the restroom. We have identified places along the way where we can use the bathrooms and we'll do so if necessary.

Sometimes, the transfer times are affected by situations beyond our control such as heavy rain, flat tires, accidents on the road, etc., we'll try to the best of our ability to comply with our schedules. If for some reason things need to be changed, we'll make the necessary adjustments in order to protect the integrity of the excursion. Again, these are things that could happen of course they are things that 95% of the time that doesn't happen.

The price of Chichen Itza Express is more expensive than the classic excursions to Chichen Itza which also visit more places. However, this excursion is designed for specific people who only want to visit Chichen Itza and return immediately to their All inclusive hotel because they want to enjoy the beach or relax.

If this is not within your budget we have more economic options. Unfortunately there are certain restrictions to take into account, this tour is not recommended for people in wheelchairs as there are no paved roads, there are tree roots, gravel, slopes etc.

It is strictly forbidden to climb the pyramids in Chichen Itza. The custodians are there to ensure conservation of the pyramids, especially the main pyramid. Restrictions are as follows

• To apply the payment on the day of the excursion it is only for groups of less than 4 people. If you make two reservations we cannot guarantee that you will go on the same transportation
• Should not have any circulation problems
• Be punctual at the meeting points with those in charge of the tour. If someone is late, everyone has to wait, which generates delays throughout the tour, affecting the rest of the people.
• In the Chichen Itza complex there are slopes, roots, gravel, so it is not recommended for wheelchairs
• It is not recommended for small children
• You should be well physically and mentally
• Under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult
• Have the ability to walk short distances
• It is strictly prohibited to climb the ruins at Chichen Itza (for preservation)
• You are not permitted to use drones or tripods in the archeological zone, send an email for more information

We are understanding the fact that there are issues beyond our control such as torrential rain, illness, fatigue, etc.

We almost never have penalties for cancellations, the only thing we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible any time of the day or night, to avoid giving spaces to those who do not intend on showing up.

If you have a normal reservation there is no problem with cancellations. However, if your group requires private transportation that does have some cancellation rules. The following guidelines apply
