Price

- $90 USD per kid (3-9 years)
- Infants 0-3 years old are free, however, they are not guaranteed a seat in the van since it is understood that they will go in the legs of adults, however, if the van is not full, they can use the empty seats
- We accept all credit cards, however, take into account that this payment method has an increase of 5% for bank commissions. They only accept Visa or MasterCard.
General explanation
Dear customer, it's important that you read the detailed explanation of the excursion calmly, so that the excursion you are buying meets your expectations.
Chichen Itza is one of those iconic places that you have to visit at least once in your life, however, I have to mention something very important.
Chichen Itza from Tulum is approximately 147 kilometers / 91.5 miles, which translates into 01.30 – 02:00 hours of travel by van, making it a 10–11 hour excursion in total.
So, we will be back in the Tulum area between 07:00 and 08:00 pm
Important: If you have any other activities / appointments/ reservations after the excursion such as a flight, taking a bus or a restaurant reservation, it's important that you let us know before taking the excursion to make sure your time calculations agree with the reality of the excursion
Don't let that put you off, if you visit Paris, France, you have to see the Eiffel tower. If you go to Rome, you have to see the Coliseum, and if you come to the Yucatan Peninsula, you have to visit Chichen Itza, it's one of the new wonders of the world.

This is a group / shared tour, IT'S NOT A PRIVATE TOUR, which means we'll be pickup up people along the way. We' ll try to do everything as agile and fast as possible. Scheduled times we provide are approximate and may vary for issues beyond our control such as rain, heavy traffic, road accidents etc. But we'll do our best to stay as close to the itinerary times as possible. However, it's only for illustrative purposes and does not mean that it has the be followed exactly

Pickup 07:40 AM – 08:45 AM
We do pickups from the comfort of your hotel as long as it's a central hotel within our pre-established route. Please send us a message to verify pickup times
If you are staying in an AIRBNB, or at home, or with relatives we have a downtown location where we have a meeting point (we do not have pickup options in these case)
Pick-up times are between 07:40 and 08:45 am, we do not have late departures due to the distances that have to be traveled, in addition the archaeological zones close at a certain time that we must adjust to, they begin to evict them at 04:30 pm.
They will pick you up almost always in Toyota HIACE or SPRINTERS vans
Meeting place 09:00 AM
If you arrive at this place, it's important that you line up to check in, to pay and obtain your bracelet that will identify you throughout the entire excursion.
Important: If you couldn’t eat breakfast and you're hungry, there is a bakery on one side of the office and on the other side a restaurant that you can take advantage of to order something to take away. These foods are not included in the price and are only in case you are very hungry
In our experience, this is the place with the best flavor and the most economical
Departure to Chichen Itza
We'll try to leave at approximately 09:00 – 09:30 am, but it all depends on the number of reservations we have, so the departure time may vary.
The type of transportation we have depends a lot on the number of reservations we have for that particular day, it can be a 12, 19 or 21 person van
The transportation we use to make the excursion to Chichen Itza is of recent model, as well as air conditioning.
The number of participants is varied as we have many last-minute reservations, and we could not guarantee an exact number, what we can guarantee is a comfortable seat in the transportation.
The van seats are standard size, to give you an idea, they are very similar to those in airplanes. If you are a big person, you need to send an email so we can offer you a suitable excursion for your needs.
Important: We cannot guarantee a specific seat in the transportation, you can take any seat that is free.
If you suffer from dizziness or claustrophobia, it is important that you inform us so that we can find an excursion that best suits your characteristics.
The journey to the first stop is approximately 2 hours, so it is not recommended for people with circulatory problems.
Cenote Suytun
The first cenote that is visited is called Suytun, it's a very beautiful cenote that is very close to Valladolid.
The approximate time of visit to Cenote Suytun is 45 minutes to 1 hour
However, in the price of the tour we don't include the fee for the life vest. It's necessary to use life vest while in the cenote for your safety and it is one of the conditions of our insurance

Important: You must have the ability to go down stairs to reach the cenote, because the cenote is below ground. If you are in a wheelchair or have trouble walking send us an email to see what other options, we have available
Recommendation: Avoid swimming with valuables at the cenote, such as rings, earrings, electronic devices. If something falls to the bottom, it is deep and almost impossible to recover
Chichen Itza
This tour does NOT visit Chichen Itza first. The first place visited is Cenote SUYTUN, and then the archaeological site of Chichen Itza
YES, includes entrance to the archaeological zone and certified guide, We are in Chichen Itza for approximately 2 hours, it includes a certified expert guide in the Mayan civilization who will explain the importance that the Mayan civilization had in this place, the echoes, the pyramid, etc.
Throughout the excursion you can take photos of the main pyramid, and our very friendly guides will gladly take photos of your whole family, even suggest the places for the best most spectacular souvenirs photos
Believe me 2 hours is more than enough time to see the entire archeological site and take as many pictures of the main pyramid as you want. The duration is based on our experience of the time necessary to see the entire area
If 2 hours is not enough send us an email, and ask about our private, or luxury tours that are longer in the archeological zone
By laws of the Mexican government, the use of professional video cameras or tripods in Chichen Itza are subject to an additional fee that is paid in the ticket office located at the entrance of the archeological zone. If you are only using your cell phone, there is no problem
You are not permitted to use drones in the archeological area
Important: You must follow the instructions of the guide that will establish a meeting place and time in each location, so that we can go on the next part of the tour. Out of respect for others in the group if you are not at the meeting point by the time of departure, we will not be able to wait and will leave without you. Transportation to the next stop will be at your own expense

One of the most spectacular cenotes in the region, Ikkil cenote. It's a cenote with vertical walls with a spectacular waterfall, ideal for taking photos
Suggestion: Don't miss the opportunity to swim in a cenote it's an experience you won't forget, if you are unsure, don't think any longer just do it you will not regret it. How often will you have the opportunity to do something like that after coming from so far. But the decision is 100% yours. It's just a suggestion
The cenote has all the facilities, such as bathrooms, changing areas and showers

Important: If you are staying in a high-end hotel (5 stars, grand tourism, etc.). The type of food we have is regional, its purpose is to satisfy hunger, regain strength to enter Chichen Itzá with energy and not faint.

Magical city of Valladolid
Before returning to Cancun we'll visit the center of Valladolid located in the hearth of Yucatan to admire the splendor of the colonial Mexico architecture. The buildings, temples, and the oldest church on the peninsula of Yucatan, San Gervasio which was built beginning in 1543 after the founding of Valladolid
Important: This is a short stop; the time will be determined by how long we have spent at the previous stops. Usually this stop is about 30 minutes.

For the return to Tulum we'll drop you off at the same place we picked you up from. Again, we'll try to do this as fast and orderly as possible. Usually upon arrival to Tulum there will be vans that will take you to your hotel, but in some cases, it may be the bus that will take you back
You will be back at your hotel aproximately between 07:00 to 08:00 pm

Validity
We'll try as much as possible not to increase our prices, however we depend on external factors such as the price of the gasoline, increased access to the archeological zones, taxes, etc.
The prices are valid one month from the date you ask for your trip. If your trip is more than 1 month in advance, we have 2 options
- We can take the reservation, but if the price has a modification, we'll have to adjust the price or you can contact us a month before the excursion to verify the prices for the final day
- Pay the total amount of the excursion, so the price will be frozen and no changes will be made
Small Children
Please make sure you have everything necessary for traveling with children such as strollers, diapers, milk, and everything that the child will need if possible. However, this decision depends 100% on the parents bringing children. Please take into account the climate and the long day of traveling
